I was challenged to design and install a pop-up alpine lodge on the roof terrace of the exclusive Shoreditch members' club, The East Room. Inspiration came from their sister club in Chamonix and vintage après ski. 

Design highlights were a giant wall graphic of Mont Blanc, a hand-built Argentine Parilla, a wood burning stove, lit chimineas on the smoking deck, beautiful chandeliers, retro upholstered furnishings and wallpapers, faux wolf fur cushions, branded woolly sock give-ways, an après ski dressing up box, stylish seasonal dressings, and even a fairground helicopter and fake snow!

The alpine-inspired pop-up attracted record numbers to the venue, and was praised all over London by the press, including The Sunday Times, Vanity Fair, The Guardian, and Conde Nast Traveller.
